EYE YOGA TIP #5: Finger Push-ups

Finger Push-ups:  In this exercise you practice converging, having both of your eyes turn in and out evenly and together. While it is a good eye strengthener for all ages, it is especially good for seeing things up close and for those who use or are beginning to need reading glasses.
