EYE YOGA TIP #13: Sunning and Palming
In Eye Yoga Tip #6, you learned Palming. This Eye Yoga Tip adds Sunning as a way to exercise the pupils of your eyes while taking in the the valuable nutrients from sunlight. First developed by Bates as a vision improvement technique, it stimulates our biological clocks with the sun’s photoelectric energy. Then we add a flicker to the Sunning exercise to wake up the brain. And finally, we alternate between Sunning and Palming to improve your eyes’ ability to react to bright or dim light. Are your eyes light-sensitive? Do you need more light to see than you used to? Exercise your pupils while you relax your eyes!
This is the last video in the series of Eye Yoga Tips. I hope you have enjoyed them, even learned something and improved your vision! A DVD of all 13 Tips will be out shortly, which you may want for yourself or for friends. Thanks to all of you who have shared these with others.
