Strengthen Your Immune System and Kill Viruses by eating foods and other items from your pantry.

Coconut oil is naturally antiviral, antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory. I use it on my face and skin daily. You can smear a little around your nostrils if you have to go out for added protection.
Since the soft tissues of the mouth are susceptible, there are a lot of ways to clean your mouth:
- Clove – either chew a clove or put it in tea. Great antiviral! People used to use it for toothaches.
- Oregano Oil – while very peppery by itself, cut it with olive oil and put a drop on your toothbrush along with your toothpaste. It absorbs through the gums, making them healthy, while increasing your immunity.
- Myrrh and Frankinsense combat viruses. A drop a day by mouth may be an effective deterrent.
- Green tea – antioxidant and antihistamine.

For throat, ginger root (in tea). If you don’t have zinc lozenges, cut a zinc tablet in half and suck on it. Chalky but effective. Also suck on a clove – I tried it last night.
Food: Cilantro, garlic, onions, parsley and lemon grass! Cilantro pulls out metal toxins which viruses glom onto.
Put turmeric in your rice to make it yellow – great antiviral tonic.
Diffuser or put into a pot of hot water on your stove to clean the air: tea tree oil, lemon grass, ginger, frankinsense and myrrh, and more.
To clean surfaces, spray white vinegar. I regularly use it on my floors.
