I swear by this book. Before I bought it I could not see a single thing up close and bifocals drove me batty. Now, although I still need my reading glasses to see “perfectly”, I can actually read cans in the grocery store and info on cereal boxes whereas before following the exercises in the book, I was blind without my glasses. I also see the TV and go to the movies without my distance glasses too. I think it has also helped my brain as I can now do three things at once like I used to be able to do when younger. I am 75 years old and do the recommended exercises regularly. Thank you so much for “Eye Yoga”.
